Photography & Strobist
Strobist.com – You must check this site out if you are new or want to sharpen your off camera flash skills
FlashFlavor.com – I’ve found myself at this site quite a bit lately.
DIYPhotography.net – Great site for building your own photography equipment. There are home made solutions for everything from Softboxes to building your own external battery pack for your flashes.
Videography & Motion Graphics
AETUTS.com – This site is packed full of great tutorials. You know it’s easy to use because it is apart of the famous Envato network of sites.

Theme Forest -A huge resource of website themes for many different formats.
